Terms of Service

The service

Flass lets you create an event, collect photos and videos from guests, and share them in a private album.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and the information you provide. You must be 18 or older to create an account.

Use and content

You may not upload illegal, abusive, or copyrighted content you do not have rights to. You are responsible for the content you and your guests upload.

Flass has zero tolerance for objectionable content, harassment, and illegal material. Guests can report content, and hosts can hide photos and block guests. We review reports and remove content that violates these terms — typically within 24 hours — and may ban users who abuse the service.

Content rights

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Flass a limited licence to host and display the content for the purpose of running the service.

Businesses may only use guest content in marketing with the guest's explicit consent.

Payments

Personal use is free. Business subscriptions are billed monthly. Pricing and subscription terms are presented before any purchase is confirmed.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The service is provided “as is”.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Flass is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Icelandic law, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Icelandic courts.
