By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use the Service.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities occurring under your account
• Providing accurate information

You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Flass.

To provide the Service, you grant Norrstone a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

• Store content
• Host content
• Process content
• Display content according to your sharing settings
• Perform technical actions necessary to operate the Service

This license ends when content is deleted, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate backup and security purposes.

5. User Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to upload content
• Your use of the Service complies with applicable law
• Your content does not infringe the rights of third parties
• You have obtained required permissions where applicable

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Upload unlawful content
• Upload malware or harmful code
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems
• Interfere with Service operations
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Use the Service for fraudulent or abusive purposes

7. Payments

Certain features may require payment.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if:

• These Terms are violated

• Necessary to protect users, the Service, or third parties

Users may delete their accounts at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, branding, designs, trademarks, and related intellectual property rights, remains the exclusive property of Norrstone or its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Norrstone disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Norrstone shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Loss of profits
• Loss of business opportunities
• Loss of data resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user to Norrstone during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Service following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
