2. User Responsibility

By uploading content to Flass, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have the legal right to upload it.
• The content does not violate applicable laws.
• The content does not infringe the rights of any third party.
• You have obtained any permissions or consents required under applicable law.

3. Individuals Appearing in Content

Where reasonably required by law, you are responsible for obtaining permissions, releases, or consents from individuals appearing in uploaded content.

4. Marketing Use of Content

Flass will not use photos, videos, or other user content for advertising, promotional activities, case studies, testimonials, or other marketing purposes without obtaining appropriate consent.

Where content includes identifiable individuals, additional consent may be required before marketing use.

5. Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove content that:

• Violates applicable law
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Violates these policies
• Creates significant legal or security risks

6. Hosting Role

Flass acts primarily as a platform and hosting provider for user-generated content.

Users remain solely responsible for the content they upload and share through the Service.
